We found out what our four ministries will be while we are here!

Beginning next week, our squad will split up into our four smaller teams. For this upcoming week, my team, Krista, Kaci, Karson, and Cherub Grace, will be working at Zion's Gate. This will include a lot of babysitting baby Genesis, cooking, cleaning, playing with the kids from the neighborhood school, hanging out with the boys that live at Zion's Gate, landscaping, painting murals, and a bunch of other random projects. The week after that, my all girls group will go to a village, live in a house with a few Honduran women, and work there. The following week, we will go to Los Pinos, a pretty spiritually dark city, and be with people in the streets. The next week, we will be in a bi-lingual school, and I will be teaching a Language Arts class to 5th through 8th graders!!! I am so excited for these upcoming weeks, and the ministries will rotate over the course of our time here. I just wanted to give you a little more of a concrete picture of what life for me is about to look like.

Today is our day off for this week, and I am sitting in a coffee shop in a mall in the city. Tomorrow we are going cliff-jumping!!!
